Join us at the Washington State History Museum to hear from David George Gordon, Samantha Larson, and MaryAnn Baron Wagner, authors of Heaven on the Half Shell, to learn more about the cultural and historical significance of the oyster in Washington State.

This program, which is hosted in partnership with the University of Washington Press, will include demonstration and tasting hosted by master oyster shucker David Leck.

Participants will also have the opportunity to purchase a signed copy of the book.
